Casa do Lazer, a very luxury and modern holiday villa, built to highest standards and only a few years young. Due to the high fencing all around no inview possible, a privat athmosphere is guaranteed!
Inside awaits you spacious rooms, modern and comfortably decorated. The kitchen is ample and equipped with all the electronical devices you can think off, in separate cloakroom washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen you come into the dining room, seating for 10 people and open to the large living room. Here you be welcomed by comfort seating, fireplace, underfloor heating, digital satellite television/radio and a DVD/CD/MP3-player with surround system. Poolterrace is immediately in front of living room, partly covered.
Furthermore on groundfloor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs another two bedrooms and bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds and their own build in wardrobes. Also upstairs you´ll encounter a second living room with fire place, this room can be used as sixt bedroom by its sleeping couch. Half round the entire upper level a large balcony with views all the way up to the ocean inabout two kilometers distance. Ouside a beautiful landscaped garden with gras areas, (olive) trees and plants, completely surrounde by an evergreen hedge. Poolarea, outside shower, privat entrance and parking complete the outside photo.

T he villa (map) finds itself in the Vilamar-estate, solely existing of exclusive villas and a few apartments, no evening/night-activities; privacy- and peace seekers are well catered for. The estate is located between the towns of Porches (at 1 km), famous for its potteries and good restaurants, and Armacao de Pera (at 3 km), a coastal town with a pleasant boulevard and a fantastic 5 km long beach, one of the very few in the West-Algarve, several restaurants within walking distance of the estate. Supermarket at 1 km, daily fresh bread and all other groceries 7days a week from early morning. In the immediate neighborhood you will find 5-star complexes "Vila Vita Parc" and "Vila Lara", offering fantastic gourmet experiences. Within only a few kilometers there are several beaches which have been awarded with the blue EU-flag (for clean water) as well as prestigious golf courses (Pinta & Gramacho Course, Penina, Alto Club, Salgados, etc.). The nearby "Carvoeiro Tennis Club" offers 10 courts, pool, fitness club, diving courses, restaurants, etc. The water parcs "Slide & Splash", "The Big One", "Krazy Golf" and "Zoo Marine" (Delfinarium) are the ideal place to take your family. On jeep safaris you may explore the wild and rough hill- and countryside, off the beaten tracks. Cycle and walking tours start directly at your front door, as adjoining a huge nature reserve, including a riding center at 300m, offering wonderful day trips all the way to the beach.
Other beaches in the surrounding area are Praia Senhora da Rocha (at about 1,5km, closest to your villa), a very attractive little bay with tunneling through the cliffs to Praia Nova. Left and right there are more splendid bays surrounded by stunning cliff formations, e.g. Cova Redonda, Praia da Albandeira, Praia da Marinha and Praia do Benagil, here you can make a kilometer long walk right on the cliffs in the unspoilt Portuguese nature, walks to the magnificent coast line could even start at your doorstep, almost nature pure south of estate. Not only these cliffs west of Armacao de Pera are part of a nature reserve, also the dunes east of Armacao are protected, well appreciated not only by tourists but also by several species of rare birds. A lot of beautiful nature also immediately adjoining your villa; a nature reserve start immediately at your doorstep, kilometers of walking- and mountain biking-paths all the way up to the magnificent cliffs, hardly any traffic and almost no tarmac, you'll encounter loads of olive-, fig-, pine- and St. Johnsbread-trees.
Distance to the International Airport of Faro is around 52 km, conveniently traveled in 35-40 minutes as 90% is double lane roads. Within only 15 minutes by car you will reach the new "AlgarveShopping", one of the largest shopping centers in Europe, with a hypermarket ("Continente") 6 movies, 12 bowling lanes, various restaurants and over 140 shops. To Portimao and Albufeira, the bigger towns in your villa area, it's only a twenty minute drive. Portimao, the Algarve's second biggest town but biggest port invites with the most famous beach of the Algarve, Praia da Rocha and also its kilometers of boulevard, harbor and thriving nightlife. Albufeira as well is known for its nightlife on the "strip", loads of bars and restaurants, touristic but never overcrowded. Carvoeiro and Silves, both at about 10 km) are also worth a visit. Carvoeiro has a great atmosphere with mediterrain flair, wandering around and visiting bars and restaurants is recommendable. Tennis, aerobic and fitness at Carvoeiro Tennis Club, golf at two excellent courses with David Leadbetter Academies just outside Carvoeiro. Silves mainly is of historical interest with its castle as biggest attraction although in the mean time it has a city centre with a cosy atmosphere.
