Inside on groundfloor you´ll be awaited by entrance hall with guest toilet, ample living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms wtih en-suite bathrooms. Throughout the whole property you encounter the typical thick walls(which keep out the summer heat), wooden window frames and shutters and the “bambus and beams”-ceiling, upper level and cave stay closed but will not be habitated during your stay, it´ll be a private residence and you´ll feel like a landlord looking over your estate!

Living room is spacious, has comfort seating, digital Astra satellite television/radio, hifi-stereo, open fire place and faces south, opening to a fantastic completely covered very wide and deep 44m² terrace, again with the typical Portuguese bambus and beam-ceiling with the most beautiful rural and coastal views all the way to the Atlantic. From living room you either enter the dining room or hall going to the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, double beds, wardrobes and are strategicly positioned on the cooler side of the Quinta, the already mentioned thick walls and additional fans ensure a relaxing sleep. Dining room adjoining kitchen and another enormous outside terrace with little fountain, olive trees, covered seating and cloak room with washing machine. Kitchen is well equipped with all the usual electrical appliances, also kept in traditional style.

Outside you´ll be spoiled with everything peace finders and nature lovers are looking for; no traffic, 8000m² of land(of which 3000m² park alike landscaped with paths, a relax retreat and an enormous variety of Mediterrean vegetation), privacy all over as no inview possible, the plot is completely fenced in offers pleasant country views. A surprising feature outside is the almost square(!!) pool(8x7m), a wall erects immediately above one of the sides, water going through and filling the pool. Pool faces south, sun all day!
The plot is entered throughout the electrical entrance gate, giving access to big paved drive way with space for several cars and covered carport. Entry already gives an impressive first sight of the mansion´s character and style.
