Casa Taifun is a beautiful spacious villa situated on a big plot - around 3000m²(3/4 acre). The whole garden is mature and beautifully landscaped with huge (palm)trees. On the front side of the villa there is a little pine forest, also to be found are cypresses, mimosas, cactus and various fruit trees. A private driveway leads to head entrance of villa which is already hard to see from very quiet road as almost hidden by surrounding trees, outside living areas and swimming pool area on other side of villa are impossible to look into, privacy guaranteed. Inside you´ll find two bedrooms both equipped with double beds, mosquito nets, build in wardrobes and its own en-suite bathroom. In one of the bathrooms a full marmor bath tub integrated in floor, the other one full bathroom, both bathrooms tiled in traditional Portuguese style.
Sleeping section completely split of from living area, halfway you have access to a lovely patio with seating area, BBQ, bougainvillea, agaves-cactus´ and numerous flower pots, a lovely retreat with also access to back garden with its swimming pool area. Along hallway entrance to brandnew fully equipped kitchen with own mini-patio, continuing you get the to stylish dining room, overlooking light and ample living room with comfort seating, fire place, satellite television and hifi stereo. Both from dining- and living room you get to numerous (covered) terraces. From roof terrace pleasant country views all the way up to the ocean, this area invites to see sun sets or just enjoy summer nights. In the colder evenings underfloor heating can ensure a pleasant indoor climate(needs to be booked before, fee according to electricity consumption)
In front of enormous outside living room terrace a nice gras area for games, sunbathing or just to look at as making part of beautifully landscaped and well maintained garden. From all outside terraces easy access to pool area with its 4 x 8m pool, possible to heat(needs to be booked before, fee according to electricity consumption) and with built in steps at swallow end. Pool house has one room with shower and toilet, behind pool area a fruit garden with orange- and citrontrees and also the very rare surinam-cherry.

Casa Taifun
(map) is situated only minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean on the renowned Carvoeiro Club estate, existing solely of detached villas on big plots, used by residents as well as for quality tourism and much appreciated for its favorable position close to Carvoeiro centrum, golf courses and the sea, Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis invites with 13 tennis courts, fitness, aerobic, sauna, etc. There are no touristic evening- or night activities on the estate itself, privacy and peacefull holidaying are highly respected. Starting at Casa Taifun you can make walks for hours on the cliffs and enjoy the most spectucalur views, sometimes all the way up to Sagres (50km).
Carvoeiro is a traditional fishermen´s village, fortunately having kept an authentical athmosphere over the years, making it to one of the most popular villa holiday destinations in the Algarve The centre looks down onto a small beach bay enclosed by rockformations, Praia do Carvoeiro, slopes with still original building style properties enclose this pittoresque scenario, the little square right in front of the beach with numerous restaurants and bars around it is an absolute must to stroll around. Huge tourist complexes have never been allowed, herewith ensuring the lovely village character which makes Carvoeiro so popular amongst both residents as well as tourists, offering renowned ice creams almost at the beach square, furthermore a wide variety of Portuguese- and international cuisine restaurants.
Still an attraction is the little market, where you can buy fresh bread, meat and fish daily, the "bica" (traditional Portuguiese expresso) cannot be left untried. At its two beaches, several traditional fishermen´s boats invite to go and see the caves - you seethe most unbelievable from the "hands of nature", especially at low tide, from the sea you have a fantastic view over the impressive Algarve coast line with its golden sand beaches and magnificent rock formation raging upto 50m vertically out of the Ocean. Especially famous in Carvoeiro is Algar Seco, paths are created within the rocks, even a restaurant is been enclosed by rock formations, a romantic "balcony" let you look down 90° into the ocean!! A few more superb little bay beaches closeby are Praia do Carvalho, Praia dos Caneiros, Praia do Centianes, Praia do Paraiso, Praia do Benagil as well as Praia da Marinha, only a few car minutes away and every single one of these beaches suprises with yet another amazing impression of "Europe´s most beautiful coast".
